Your responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, atdifferentelevel, in France (e.g.Sales, Marketing), ensuring a pipeline of diverse and skilled talent.
  • Adapt global attraction and engagement frameworks to resonate with local market nuances.
  • Develop meaningful connections with potential candidates, maintaining a pulse on regional talent movements.
  • Craft proactive approaches for engaging with the best talent, focusing on inclusivity.
  • Champion our employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns, enhancing Reckitt's recognition as an employer of choice.
  • Organise and manage recruitment events, optimising early careers talent engagement.
  • Promote an excellent candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's values and commitment.
The experience we're looking for
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sourcing and selecting top talent in France.
  • You bring a strong track record in candidate relationship management.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, leveraging talent market insights to drive decisions.
  • You are proficient with recruitment tools and comfortable using data-driven approaches.
  • You demonstrate strong project management capabilities, effectively balancing multiple priorities.
