At Robeauté, we are building the next generation of neurotechnologies – microrobots capable of navigating inside the brain to diagnose, monitor, and treat neurological conditions with unprecedented precision and minimal invasiveness. To bring our breakthrough devices from advanced prototypes to certified medical products, we are recruiting a Supply Chain Engineer to join our Manufacturing team.

Supply chain & flow management
  • Manage the physical and IT flow of components and consumables;
  • Manage procurement and inventory to ensure stock reliability;
  • Track supplier orders from placement through receipt;
  • Manage and maintain a supplier portfolio, including follow-ups, reminders, and deadline tracking;
  • Monitor delivery timelines and proactively anticipate contingencies;
  • Identify and anticipate risks of stock shortages, and define and implement appropriate mitigation action plans;
Stock & tools
  • Implement and/or optimize inventory monitoring tools;
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability;
  • Participate in the structuring of supply processes within a regulated MedTech environment;
Planning & production
  • Ensure and optimize production planning;
  • Coordinate scheduling in line with production capacities and supply constraints;
  • Integrate all production requests;
  • Create, release, distribute, and track production orders;
  • Ensure timely availability of components required for manufacturing;
Monitoring & continuous improvement
  • Define, monitor, and continuously improve planning and production indicators;
  • Draft, maintain and improve procedures;
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department;
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Production;
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning or manufacturing, ideally within a regulated industrial environment (MedTech, Pharma, Aerospace, etc.);
  • Strong ability to operate in cross‑functional roles, combining hands‑on operational execution with process structuring and optimization;
  • Proven capacity to anticipate risks, prioritize effectively and manage unforeseen events in a fast‑paced environment;
  • High level of comfort with IT tools (ERP systems, Excel, planning and scheduling tools);
  • Strong autonomy, rigor and sense of ownership, with a genuine team‑oriented mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills: fluent in French and fully proficient in professional English (written and spoken);
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and a disciplined yet creative approach to problem‑solving is appreciated;
