About the role

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to supervise the day-to-day operations for the department in absence of the F&B Management team. This position assists in ensuring consistent and thoughtful service and all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards.

What you will do

• Support the integration and training of new employees and guide the team of Chefs de rang, Commis and trainees in their development.
• Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables
• Know the menu and each menu item and be able to explain to customers the drinks on the menu, as well as the composition of cocktails and other dishes.
• Knowing how to speak and behave is essential when dealing with our customers.

• The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
