A leading tech company in Paris seeks a Strategic Finance & Data Analyst to support financial forecasting and data analysis. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Finance, 4-5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance (20 people) working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
We are looking for a Strategic Finance & Data Analyst with a solid financial, modelling and data analysis background to help the company:
Evaluate and understand its projected financial performance in a fast-growing business.
Model business cases on various ad hoc financial matters.
You will be part of a high-performing team of 7 people under the supervision of an experienced FP&A & Data Manager and will have the opportunity to grow your skills.
Forecasting
Collect, select and analyze financial and operational data
Develop and Maintain internal data models based on highly granular data to prepare monthly forecasts of the Gross Margin
Collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to collect, model, and interpret financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all planning activities
Identify and implement process improvements to automate data analysis where possible
Communicate outputs of data-driven analysis in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels
Other Corporate Finance matters
Build, update, and refine financial models for ad hoc requests such as incentive plans, business cases/ROI analysis for potential new strategic projects or M&A investments,...
Collaborate across teams (product, legal, HR, leadership) to capture data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
Respond to ad hoc analytical requests with creative, high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Participate in corporate projects (Fund raising, Integration of acquired companies …)
Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field, 4-5 years of experience in valuation and business modeling or transaction services (large company or Big 4 background preferred).
Strong analytical skills and proven experience in financial analysis and modeling (expert in Excel; Power BI/Power Query a plus).
Fluent in French and English.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
Accountable, adaptable, and clear communicator.
