Job Scope

Working with the Boutique Manager, this role contributes to the smooth daily run of the stock room and Omnichannel operation

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient service to all sales associates including but not limited to preparation of products, advising on stock availability
• Participate to the delivery of products and ensure that received goods match with the quantities indicated on the packing list and ensure the good conditions of products
• Ensure that all products are boxed, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom
• Ensure that all stock zones are clearly marked and tidy
• Support the introduction and maintenance of auto-replenishment to ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor
• Perform stocks transfers between stores when needed
• Perform rotative and full inventories counts
• Open and check the content of deliveries
• Prepare transfers and rebalancing
• Ensure stockroom maintenance & restocking, execute prices changes, contribute to prepare, and conduct cycle counts
• Support e-commerce operations by supervising stock allocation for order fulfilment and stock optimizing
• As needed, support for client experience, including running product to the sales floor
• Explain the stock discrepancies
• Monitor and enable e-commerce orders fulfillment with a goal to minimize order cancellations
• Allocate stock for order fulfilment
• Enable order fulfillment from stock available in stores
• Initiate and follow up on all necessary stock transfers related to e-commerce activity
• Monitor compliance for all transfer/rebalancing actions
• Monitor stock shortages and coordinate with supply chain on replenishments
• Working on the reporting tools and KPI’s for e-commerce Omni-channel operations:
  • Order fulfilment activity, backlog, and lead-times
  • Order cancellations
  • Order fulfillment/Longtail store refusal rate

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end retail fashion industry;
• Good knowledge of the stock/supply chain processes
