Overview

This role is located in Lisbon, Portugal, and follows a hybrid work model.

IMPORTANT: the Internship must be curricular and delivered by a University.

Your Role

Showroomprivé Portugal is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate, fashion lover and creative social media intern to join our marketing team. You will be the owner of our social channels and Influencer Marketing development, working and promoting our e-commerce with the aim to communicate the love for shopping.

Your role will be to develop and implement the new social media and influence strategy of Showroomprivé Portugal, with the guidance of the local Country Marketing & Business Development Manager and with the support of our international social media team in France.

You will be responsible for managing the social media accounts, for creating engaging content, and managing content creators. Together with the local Manager, you will be accountable for the editorial plan, for community management and for the social KPIs analysis.

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, creative, has great communication skills and proactive—someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Your Impact

• Build and execute a social media and influence strategy, supporting the development of Showroomprivé Portugal through competitive research, benchmarking and internal collaboration;
• Manage all Portugal’s Social Media accounts: content planning, scheduling, publishing and budget management of post boosts and tools;
• Develop an innovative social media content strategy, with a strong focus on storytelling, community engagement, and being informed about new trends.
• Act as a creative problem solver, always looking for new ways to create high-impact content with minimal resources.
• On-Camera Content Creation: Be comfortable appearing on social media and finding creative approaches to generate engaging content.
• Influencer & Community Management: Help identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators, aligned with the local strategy.
• Work with the international team and external stakeholders to support the narrative of the brand based on the editorial, product, and marketing calendar, in alignment with sales plan;
• Moderate community interaction according to international guidelines;
• Report on performance and key KPIs including social growth, engagement and conversion, improving strategy according to results, together with the Manager;

About You

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or Public Relations preferred;
• Fluent in Portuguese and strong English skills (French is a plus);
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• Eager to learn and take initiative;
• Passionate for fashion, content creation, and Social Media, being updated in local trends;
• Creative mindset;
• Interest for data analysis;
• Good attitude for managing relations with internal and external stakeholder;
• Basic knowledge with social analytics tools is a plus;
• Personal or work experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising on social media is considered a plus.

This position is available for a duration of one year.
