The Solution Sales Director will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals focused on driving revenue growth for our Simulate Software Solution Line. This individual will ensure the team exceeds targets, expands market share, and strengthens customer relationships within the AEC space.
Success in this role requires a strong blend of strategic vision, product management expertise, and cross‑functional leadership. The candidate must demonstrate deep experience in portfolio strategy, outcome‑driven roadmaps, and value‑based pricing and packaging. Proven ability to drive go‑to‑market excellence, orchestrate scalable enablement, and foster high adoption of cloud and AI‑powered solutions is essential. Strong commercial acumen, partnership management (including APS and peer ecosystems), and a track record of building and coaching high‑performing teams are critical. The ideal candidate excels at aligning diverse stakeholders, translating market insights into actionable plans, and driving continuous improvement through data and feedback.
