Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Operations Officer to join our Operations & Execution team. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete execution of logistics operations related to purchase and sales contracts (ANEC, GAFTA, Synacomex, etc.), covering both French and international markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipments and manage contracts in close collaboration with suppliers, customers, inspectors, agents and international transport partners.
  • Oversee stock and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, finance, risk, quality, insurance) to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Finalize contracts while ensuring quality, weight and demurrage charges, guaranteeing efficient and profitable execution.
Desired Profile
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years of higher education) or Master’s degree in maritime transport, agriculture or agribusiness.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Grains & Oilseeds sector.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work independently.
  • High level of rigor, organizational skills, and ease in a dynamic international environment.
