Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve technical tickets within SLA timelines.
• Conduct daily health checks across all RRG sites.
• Document findings, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Connaissances

Experience in computer architecture

Troubleshooting/debugging of hardware

Experience with Linux

Experience with Windows Operating System support

Network troubleshooting and support

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

PhD in quantitative field
