Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, with hands-on SOC experience or work with SOC teams.
• Experience building SOAR playbooks and automation workflows.
• Comfortable with HTTP APIs, JSON, and log investigations.

Responsabilités

• Lead platform implementations end-to-end: connector setup, SIEM/EDR/SOAR integrations.
• Be the trusted technical advisor for enterprise SOC teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering.

Connaissances

5+ years in cybersecurity

SOC experience (Tier 2/3)

Building SOAR playbooks / automation workflows

Strong knowledge of SIEM/EDR/SOAR ecosystems

Comfort with APIs / JSON

Log investigation

Practical scripting (Python and/or SQL)

Customer-facing background

Ability to switch between technical work and strategic conversations

Fluent English
