The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of Project Management experience and a proven track record in managing international projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on sustainable innovations and requires fluency in English; French is a strong plus. This position involves regular travel to Quimper, France.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead small to medium-sized Value Package Introduction (VPI) programs from concept to completion, ensuring they meet customer and business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, program governance, and innovation delivery.
• Lead complex product introduction programs for European OEM clients.
• Define customer expectations and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Secure stakeholder alignment and manage communication with internal and external parties.
• Ensure full compliance with the company’s structured VPI process.
• Regularly report performance to senior leadership.
• Drive cross-functional risk and issue management.
• Manage scope changes and escalations effectively.
• Coach and guide peers or junior program managers.
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the VPI process.

What We’re Looking For

• To succeed in this role, you will need to combine technical program leadership with excellent stakeholder management and a passion for sustainable innovation.
• University degree (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in New Product Development.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional, international projects.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology (preferred).
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Quimper, France.
