A clinical stage biotech company in Lille is seeking a Head of Pharmacokinetics to lead DMPK and ADME-Tox strategies across preclinical and clinical development. This role involves designing Phase I clinical trials, managing CRO/vendor relationships, and ensuring scientific excellence. The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. in pharmacokinetics and has at least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment, alongside proven leadership and strong regulatory knowledge. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, GLP / GCP, and ICH guidelines.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate DMPK and ADME-Tox studies for development projects.
• Design Phase I clinical trials and contribute to other study designs.
• Oversee CRO / vendor selection and ensure quality delivery.
