Senior Operations Specialist, Compliance

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our France Operations team — a role focused on exploring, launching, and scaling initiatives that shape the future of urban mobility. You’ll have a direct, visible impact on how millions of people move through cities, taking full ownership of your work and driving real change in the marketplace. You will lead efforts to increase and maintain driver compliance, ensuring full adherence to local regulations while minimizing business impact through a steady, high-quality driver supply and seamless engagement. Working closely with the France Local Operations and Bolt Central Operations teams, you’ll optimize processes by managing the KYC verification function and leveraging cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Public Policy, Marketing, and Product teams.

Location: Paris, France

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Analytics and performance – set up and monitor relevant KPIs to track compliance rates, identify bottlenecks and conversion gaps, and implement targeted solutions to address them.
• Develop & execute strategies to prevent compliance‑related churn and engage drivers through expiring document renewal.
• Structure and manage in‑house and outsourced teams to mitigate all risks related to compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with HQ teams such as Central Operations, Product, Legal, Data, Campaigns, and Marketing to grow the program and coordinate data sharing with authorities.

About you:

• 4-5 years of experience in an analytical or operations position, gained from a startup, strategy consulting, or other relevant organizations.
• First experience leading teams.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, storytelling, and problem‑solving skills (Excel / Google Sheets required).
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands‑on, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and act fast to implement initiatives.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and eager to learn.
