What to expect in your new job
- Develop, monitor, and update budgets and financial forecasts (PL, BS and CFS).
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and internal control systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
- Enter financial statements into Cognos.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations.
- Review the quality and consistency of financial data and ensure compliance with group accounting manual.
- Manage deadlines effectively and maintain high performance under pressure.
What you should bring
- Master / Bachelor Degree with specialization in finance / accounting / controlling.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in controlling and / or auditing in an international operating company.
- Fluency in French, English, and German.
- Proficiency in financial management tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.) and IT affinity (BI implementation).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities autonomously.
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure, with strong deadline management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
