Qualifications

• Diplôme de Master ou Bachelor spécialisé en finance ou en comptabilité.
• Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en contrôle ou audit dans une entreprise internationale.
• Maîtrise du français, de l'anglais et de l'allemand.

Responsabilités

• Développer, surveiller et mettre à jour les budgets et prévisions financières.
• Préparer des rapports financiers détaillés pour la direction.
• Collaborer avec divers départements pour optimiser les coûts et améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.

What to expect in your new job

1. Develop, monitor, and update budgets and financial forecasts (PL, BS and CFS).
2. Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts.
3. Prepare detailed financial reports for management. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and internal control systems.
4. Collaborate with various departments to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
5. Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
6. Enter financial statements into Cognos.
7. Perform intercompany reconciliations.
8. Review the quality and consistency of financial data and ensure compliance with group accounting manual.
9. Manage deadlines effectively and maintain high performance under pressure.

What you should bring

1. Master / Bachelor Degree with specialization in finance / accounting / controlling.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in controlling and / or auditing in an international operating company.
3. Fluency in French, English, and German.
4. Proficiency in financial management tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.) and IT affinity (BI implementation).
5. Ability to work independently and manage priorities autonomously.
6. Resilience and ability to perform under pressure, with strong deadline management skills.
7. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
