About the role

We’re looking for aSenior Financial Systems Analyst to take ownership of our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems and to play a key role in the rollout of a new company-wide ERP system. You’ll act as the link between Financial Planning, Accounting, IT, and other business teams, serving as the go-to expert for system administration, process improvements, and automation that make financial data faster, cleaner, and more valuable to our business. The position will be in Europe and reports to the Senior Director, Financial Planning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will champion our financial planning, consolidation, and reporting systems, keeping them running at peak performance while ensuring complete and accurate monthly data. Your expertise will support critical processes such as intercompany rebilling, forecasting, and cash flow budgeting, while your technical skills will help you build and optimize rules, scripts, and reports. Above all, you’ll be a driving force for automation and continuous improvement, creating smarter, faster, and more user-friendly financial tools for our Global Publishing organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as champion and administrator for financial planning, consolidation, and reporting tools. Build, optimize, and troubleshoot load rules, business rules, and calculation scripts
  • Continuously and proactively improve financial systems related to operational budget, forecast and financial reporting tools. Manage system implementations and updates. Provide training, process documentation and support for system functionality. Act as business partner to end users
  • Drive process automation and enhance the end-user experience
  • Support monthly forecast, budget, and month-end close cycles
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial data loads with validation checks
  • Oversee the intercompany rebilling process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Implement and coordinate the cash flow forecast processes
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning/reporting tools e.g. Hyperion Essbase, Oracle planning tools
  • Previous involvement in large-scale system projects
  • Advanced Excel skills, SQL or scripting knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for automation and continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English is a must have

  • Remote or on-site: Flexible working organization to be discussed with the manager of the role, in accordance with the Ubisoft Work From Home policy -3 days a week in our Saint-Mandé office.
