Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in backend software development with modern architectures.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET development.
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud services (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration into backend systems.
• Proven track record in leading teams or projects and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, self-directed, and collaborative in remote settings.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Lead backend development initiatives, designing and deploying scalable, distributed systems.
• Build and maintain APIs, cloud-based solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems, ensuring performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ML models into backend solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring team members.
