A leading global fashion group is seeking a Seasonal Showroom Assistant/Seller based in Lyon. The candidate will provide comprehensive service to clients, ensure wide presence in the Rhône-Alpes and South France regions, and support sales teams throughout the process. Required qualifications include excellent customer service skills, fluency in French, and a minimum of 2 years in a sales role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic fashion environment, starting on January 5th, 2026.

The Project

As a Seasonal Showroom Assistant / Seller for Pepe Jeans will be responsible for providing a complete service to external clients during the sales period, ensuring that Pepe Jeans is present in the largest number of wholesale points in France. You will be responsible for the Rhône-Alpes and South France regions.

Responsibilities
  • Build a cohesive presentation of the collection to tell a compelling story to clients.
  • Conduct remote and digital sales for e-commerce clients.
  • Support the Wholesale team throughout the entire sales process: from the showroom sales campaign to the final shipment to the client.
  • Monitor online and in-store competition regarding products and pricing.
  • Coordinate the final shipment of products to the client.
  • Analyze the season’s performance (clients, sales, market research).
  • Prospect new clients.
  • Create tools to support in-store sales: reports, product books, etc.
  • Train teams: product presentations, sales arguments, etc.
  • Conduct sales analysis.
  • Maintain daily communication with other departments (Customer Service, Credit, etc.) to follow up on client orders.

The expected start date is January 5th 2026

Requirements
  • Full availability to travel throughout the campaign season.
  • Fluent French and intermediate-to-advanced level English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B or sales role. Studies in Fashion or equivalent are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and digital aptitude.
