A dynamic Fintech startup in Lyon is seeking a Manager for an Outbound SDR team to lead a group of 8 to 10 SDRs. This role involves motivating the team, conducting performance reviews, and providing training in B2B SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in team management, preferably within a commercial or Scale-Up environment. You will play a crucial role within Agicap as an inspiring and motivating leader for a team of 8 to 10 SDRs. You will be part of a dynamic team that contributes directly to Agicap's growth and offers great opportunities for individual and collective development. In addition, you will work closely with the Account Executive and Customer Success teams on site to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Reporting to our Head of SDR, your objectives will be as follows:
