A global leader in business travel management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. The role requires managing recruitment assignments focused on sales and account management teams in EMEA. Applicants should have at least 4 years of recruitment experience, especially in sales, and be fluent in English. The position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment, drive hiring strategies, and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ recruitment experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with sales recruitments.
  • Ability to deal with a multicultural & matrix environment.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, Polish, or Italian would be a strong plus.

Responsabilités

  • Manage recruitment assignments in EMEA focused on sales & account management.
  • Create attractive job advertisements matching our employer brand.
  • Implement data-driven candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Define candidate selection processes and interview guides.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a consultative way.
