Role: Commission-based sales freelancer (acquisition, management) for innovative B2B wellness / creativity / development startup.

Potential scopes and experience: France / Francophonie focus (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg etc.), potentially expansion across Europe.

Our new B2B experiential project, Culture Vitale, is looking for a dynamic commission-based sales associate (with potential salaried role / partnership opportunity for the right person in future) to represent our unique offering to corporate clients.

Culture Vitale curates “Sessions of Vitality” — immersive half-day to full-day corporate experiences designed to energize, inspire, and connect teams. These sessions combine well-being, creativity, and team development, delivered directly at major client offices or selected venues.

We are Paris-based, have an EU scope, with a focus on France, western and northern Europe (incl. Nordics), as well as UKIR.

As one of our core team and sales faces in the markets, you will focus on driving new corporate partnerships, generating repeat opportunities, and earning ongoing commission, all with full flexibility and independence.

Your Role
  • Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, office managers)
  • Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients
  • Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business
  • Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner
  • Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for client
Ideal Candidate
  • Freelance agent commercial / sales or experienced B2B sales profile
  • Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries
  • Fluent in French, English (other EU languages are a plus)
  • Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients
  • Based in Paris ideally

Requirements
  • Sales experience (account acquisition / management) in France, and bonus: EMEA / key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin, etc.
  • Ok with working on commission-only for the coming months
  • Freelance agent commercial / sales or experienced B2B sales profile
  • Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries
  • Fluent in French, English (other EU languages are a plus)
  • Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients
  • Paris-based ideally
