A leading financial institution in Paris seeks an expert analyst to join their Enterprise Risk & Regulatory Oversight team focused on ESG risks. You will lead ESG initiatives, monitor issues, and ensure the integration of ESG factors into risk processes. Required is a higher education degree and at least 10 years of experience in risk and/or sustainable finance. Overview

You will join the Enterprise Risk & Regulatory Oversight (ERO) team as an expert analyst on ESG risks related to Natixis' activities.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include :

• Establishing and leading the target ESG organization within the Risk function;
• Closely monitoring ESG issues within the Natixis scope for the CRO and serving as a point of contact for the Group Climate Risk Management;
• Coordinating the integration of E, S, and G risk factors into risk processes, in collaboration with other risk departments and platforms;
• Acting as the Risk reference for other Natixis functions (Sustainability, Finance, Compliance, Business, etc.) on ESG issues;
• Conducting annual materiality reviews of ESG risks as part of the RAF.

You possess a strong team spirit and demonstrate great rigor in establishing and following up on action plans. As the coordinator for ESG initiatives, you will work closely with a community of experts designated by other risk departments, as well as any project skills provided by ERM / RMP. In this capacity, you know how to create a shared vision, drive momentum, ensure follow-up, identify points of agreement, and escalate any disagreements for resolution.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

Note: About you

With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience in risk and / or sustainable finance-related positions, ideally with certification on ESG issues.

You master :

• The terms related to credit risk assessment;
• The channels of transmission of ESG risk factors;
• The fundamentals of measuring other common risks (market, operational, etc.);
• The context and regulatory expectations related to E, S or G risks;
• Concepts related to business risks (RAF, ICAAP).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are :

• Unifying, concerned with maintaining a good working relationship;
• An excellent communicator;
• Strength of proposal (appropriate risk indicators, calibration of thresholds...).

You master English with a C1 level.
