Your team & responsibilities

You will join the Sales organisation and work closely with Business Developers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams including Finance, Channel Marketing, Legal, and Product. As Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for structuring and improving the tools, processes, and reporting that support the full sales lifecycle across our B2B2C, B2B, and SaaS activities.

Your missions

You will act as the backbone of the Sales team by:

  • Driving CRM optimisation, pipeline governance, and data integrity
  • Leading forecasting routines and building performance dashboards used by leadership
  • Supporting deal structuring, pricing logic, and contract process standardisation
  • Identifying and solving operational bottlenecks to improve sales efficiency and scalability
  • Ensuring the right tooling and documentation are in place to support the growth of the business
Who are we looking for?
You are at the right place if you have
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis role, ideally within a B2B SaaS, content, or subscription-based business
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), including configuration, pipeline management, reporting, and team support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support accurate sales forecasting
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to improve processes, align metrics, and drive operational excellence
  • Experience supporting pricing, contracting, or deal desk processes is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with autonomy
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Mindset: curious, structured, proactive, and execution-driven, eager to bring clarity, efficiency, and scalability to a fast-growing sales organisation
