Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion de projets non résidentiels et de l'interaction avec divers prescripteurs. Il devra avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience en vente technique, un Bac+2/3 en commerce ou technique est requis. Un environnement dynamique et innovant est proposé.

We are seeking a Responsable Projets Non Résidentiels for the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region (H/F). You will be an ambassador of our brands, the company, and its expertise, serving as a trusted advisor and recognized influencer in the technical prescription of our products. You will assist clients in decision-making and participate in dedicated non-residential sector trade shows to stay close to key industry players, while also contributing ideas to our communication strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

In Lyon and major cities of the Rhône-Alpes / Auvergne sector:

  • Manage non-residential projects in your sector (target: 180 active projects annually)
  • Qualify assigned leads
  • Classify and follow up with prescription actors: project owners, architects & designers, specialized NR consultants, general contractors (NR sectors), large account installers (NR), etc.
  • Implement action plans defined with the Non-Residential Team Leader and KSMNR:
  • Deploy national framework agreements in hospitality and healthcare
  • Prospect with targeted accounts defined with the Team Leader and KSMNR
  • Participate in specialized trade shows (EquipHotel, SantExpo, Hopitech, IHF, ...)
  • Prepare offers/quotations (outside framework contracts) according to current pricing rules
  • Communicate useful information for updating forecasts

Specific authorities within the process:

Execute the commercial strategy with priority targets defined with the Non-Residential Team Leader. Know and apply general sales and pricing conditions.

Internal / External Interactions

Internal: sales team, customer service, marketing, distributors, product marketing, factories, inside sales teams.

External: prescribers, installers, distributors.

Required Profile

Bac+2/3 in Commerce or Technical fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or technical sales roles
