Mission of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders, driving people initiatives that support our commercial objectives and enhance our organizational culture. You will be the go‑to expert for all HR matters within your assigned client groups, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with our business goals in the fast‑paced consumer goods environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people‑related matters, including organizational design, talent management, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for your business units, from defining job profiles with managers to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Performance & Talent Management : Champion our performance review cycle, guide managers on goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Identify high‑potential employees and support succession planning.
- Learning & Development : Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and development needs. Source and implement training solutions to build capabilities within the teams.
- Employee Relations : Manage and resolve complex ER issues effectively and in compliance with French labor law. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits : Support the annual compensation review process, providing analytics and guidance to ensure fair and competitive practices.
- HR Analytics : Utilize HR data and metrics (turnover, headcount, engagement) to provide insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Qualifications & Experience
Must‑Have:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Proven experience within the Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), food manufacturing, or retail supply chain industry.
- Full professional proficiency in French and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- In‑depth knowledge of French labor law and social policies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand commercial strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusting relationships with employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
