A recruitment consultancy is seeking freelance recruiters to support their Executive Search & Headhunting team. This role allows for 100% remote work with flexible hours. Candidates must demonstrate autonomy and a result-oriented mindset while possessing strong recruiting skills, particularly in technical and executive roles. Fluency in English is required, with an emphasis on ethics, diversity, and inclusion in recruitment processes. Ideal applicants will have experience with HRIS & ATS tools.
