Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) France – Weller Tools

Location: France (Remote / Home Office)

Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager for our Weller Tools business, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer accounts within a defined geographical area. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, ensuring customer retention, and expanding the portfolio in your region. This position combines strategic account management and business development, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop, and retain a portfolio of existing regional clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect new customers
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance in the region (KPIs, forecasts, reporting)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical support, finance) to ensure high‑quality service
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client events, and networking meetings
  • Actively contribute to the commercial strategy and brand development
Critical Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an international and/or technical environment
  • Strong skills in account management and business development
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Good knowledge of the general electronics market and/or manual soldering is a major asset
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region
  • Fluent in French and English
