About Haier:

Role:

The HVAC Regional Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth across assigned territories by developing relationships with distributors and merchants. The role focuses on promoting HVAC solutions, generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting project specifications to achieve revenue and margin targets. We have two territories, Quest Nimes to Nantes and Northern France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: prospecting and onboarding new clients (installers and distributors) within your designated territory.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitoring and managing your client portfolio: You organize and schedule the number of appointments with clients and ensure a strong commercial presence in your area.
  • Product Promotion: Promoting our products and commercial events to your clients to strengthen their engagement and increase their loyalty.
  • Activity & Performance management: You manage your client accounts, as well as your budget, and track and analyse the results of your area and your clients by product category.
Profile :

You are the ideal candidate if you have graduated from higher education, you have proven experience (ideally at least 3 to 5 years) in a similar position with the HVAC sector.

You can manage a commercial sector independently, ideally within an HVAC industrial company.

You have demonstrated your ability to develop a client portfolio while showing autonomy and organisational skills. Your adaptability and ability to work as part of a team allow you to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Verbal and written English communication skills are required for this role.
