A leading HVAC company in France is looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to drive sales growth across assigned territories. The HVAC Regional Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth across assigned territories by developing relationships with distributors and merchants. The role focuses on promoting HVAC solutions, generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting project specifications to achieve revenue and margin targets. We have two territories, Quest Nimes to Nantes and Northern France.
You are the ideal candidate if you have graduated from higher education, you have proven experience (ideally at least 3 to 5 years) in a similar position with the HVAC sector.
You can manage a commercial sector independently, ideally within an HVAC industrial company.
You have demonstrated your ability to develop a client portfolio while showing autonomy and organisational skills. Your adaptability and ability to work as part of a team allow you to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Verbal and written English communication skills are required for this role.
