Role Description

Airswift is seeking applicants for the Recruitment Consultant role to join our team in Paris. This position is open to candidates with or without prior recruitment experience. Fluency in English and French are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end 180 recruitment cycle, including sending CV prospecting to potential clients and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
  • Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue.
  • Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client-facing environment.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • A strong team player with the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. French fluency.
  • Tenacious and determined to succeed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail-oriented. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model / expert. A great work ethic with a desire to get the job at hand done.
  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required. A decision maker and solutions provider. Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across the suite of services.
