Une entreprise innovante en énergies renouvelables cherche un(e) Technicien(ne) en Documentation de Qualité à Surgères, France. Le rôle consiste à contrôler les documents de production pour assurer la conformité et la qualité. Les candidats doivent avoir un baccalauréat +2 ans, 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en milieu industriel, et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et des outils informatiques. Le travail en équipe et la rigueur sont essentiels. Des déplacements sont à prévoir, mais la plupart des réunions se feront virtuellement.

We are now looking for a

Quality Documentation Technician

to join our team working for a better future.

The preferred location for the position is in Surgères, France.

What you will be doing

As Quality Documentation Technician your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Full checking of the production documents on different scopes (components/sub-assemblies, engine requalification)
• Checking of the traceability conformity
• Checking of documentation coming from suppliers/subcontractors or internally, depending on the scope considered
• Creation/Instruction of Non-Conformities related to documentary deviations and/or on the defined scope
• Compilation of the final reports on the components/sub-assemblies scope according to the defined requirements
• Monitoring of packaging according to customers requirements
• Presentation of the final quality reports to customers on the components/sub-assemblies scope
• Archiving of the final Quality reports on the EDM
• Keeping the department's workload schedule up to date
• Entering hours on SAP

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Bac. + 2 years minimum
• Approx. 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial sector
• Native French language and professional proficiency in English
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Intermediate SAP skills
• Open-mindedness
• Ability to adapt
• Team spirit
• Strong customer and business sensitivity

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.

Technicien en Documentation de Qualité H/F

pour rejoindre notre équipe à Surgères, France.

Que ferez‑vous

Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI et temps plein, basé à Surgères. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe dynamique de 6 personnes et en étroite collaboration avec différents services dans l’entreprise.

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez également amené à présenter des dossiers aux inspecteurs mandatés par nos clients.

Votre travail se concentrer sur les responsabilités suivantes:

• Contrôle complet des documents de production sur différents périmètres (Composants/sous-ensembles, Requalification moteur)
• Contrôle de la conformité de la traçabilité
• Contrôle de la documentation émanant des fournisseurs/sous-traitants ou de l'interne suivant le périmètre
• Création/Renseignement des Non-Conformités liées aux écarts documentaires et/ou sur le scope défini
• Compilation des rapports Qualité finaux sur le périmètre composants/sous-ensembles selon les exigences établies
• Suivi de l'emballage des composants dans le respect des exigences clients
• Présentation des rapports Qualité finaux aux clients sur le périmètre composants/sous-ensembles
• Archivage des Dossiers Qualité finaux dans la GED
• Tenue à jour du planning de charge du service
• Saisie des heures sur SAP

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous que vous ayez:

• Baccalauréat + 2 ans minimum
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l’industrie
• Langue maternelle française, maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais
• Pack Office intermédiaire
• SAP intermédiaire
