Job Summary
The Quality Coordinator will ensure that all supports the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the region's Quality & Food Safety Management System. This role ensures consistent documentation control, timely monthly quality reporting, and efficient coordination of cross-functional activities. The position also contributes to risk assessments, supports digitalization initiatives, and assists Quality Managers in ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and readiness for audits.
Essential Job Functions
Quality & Food Safety System Management
- Maintain and update the Quality & Food Safety documentation (procedures, SOPs, work instructions).
- Support the harmonisation and standardisation of QFS practices across sites
Monthly Quality Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Coordinate the monthly collection, consolidation, and analysis of site-level Quality KPIs (complaints, COPQ, blocked stock, audit findings, etc.)
Risk Assessment & Control Plans
- Support sites in maintaining and updating risk assessments (HACCP, raw materials, processes, finished products).
- Ensure critical risks are documented, monitored, and regularly reviewed.
Documentation & Record Control
- Ensure all QFS documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible.
- Manage document lifecycle in digital platforms (SharePoint, Power BI,..).
Digitalisation & Process Improvement
- Contribute to QFS digitalisation projects (workflow automation, dashboards, digital audits, etc.).
Support to Quality Managers & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide operational and administrative support to Site Quality Managers for reporting, risk assessments, audits, and action plans.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Operations, CD&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to strengthen Quality culture and ownership.
- Assist in preparing materials for trainings, audits, customer interactions, and management reviews.
Crisis Management Support (when applicable)
- Support data collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Help track CAPAs and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Job Qualifications
- BS degree in Feed Science or related experience
- Min 5 years of Experience in Food / Feed Industry
- Knowledge of FSMA and food safety plans
- HACCP certified.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements (RCNA, GMP+, FSSC 22000)
- Power BI knowledge is a plus and nice to have

- Strong problem solving / root cause analysis skills.
- Up to 20% of travel required.
- The position is based in France
