Project Manager – Onshore Wind (OEM-side | Italy)

We are supporting an international wind turbine OEM on the appointment of a Project Manager for an upcoming onshore wind project in Southern Italy.

This role is coordination and interface-focused, supporting project preparation and delivery ahead of the installation phase. A separate Site Manager will be appointed for on‑site execution once construction starts.

Key details:

• Location: Remote work initially, with travel to Italy during later project phases.
• Open to contractor (via LTD company) or direct employment, depending on profile.
• Start: Feb–March 2026
• Project type: Onshore wind – turbine installation scope
• Working pattern: Monday–Friday

Scope of the role:

• Project coordination and interface management between:
• Client / developer
• Subcontractors
• Internal engineering & manufacturing teams
• European support teams
• Engineering preparation and project readiness
• Schedule coordination, progress tracking, and reporting
• Stakeholder communication and issue resolution
• Supporting OEM delivery processes and standards

Requirements:

• Experience in the wind industry (onshore preferred)
• Project management or coordination experience in an OEM, developer, or owner’s engineer environment
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Experience with turbine supply and balance-of-plant contracts
• Knowledge of local planning and permitting frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working across international teams
• Installation experience is beneficial but not essential
• EU work eligibility
