Role responsibilities

• As a Project and Finance Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting project managers by providing them with timely and accurate data to make informed decisions. You’ll be the vital link between multiple departments, ensuring processes are followed smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and precise and thrives in a collaborative environment

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, graphs).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, supporting project managers.
• Knowledge or experience in the IT industry and familiarity with the European IT market.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in business English.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and input data into our systems, update reports, and track project timelines, budgets, and timesheets.
• Manage resource forecasting and enter relevant data into project management tools.
• Collect, organize, and present essential project data and audit control information.
• Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved within set deadlines.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes within our system.
• Support the PMO team by preparing and delivering customer reports.
