Role Overview

Structure and drive the transformation project for in-store monetization models, with both a business and operational approach. Closely connected to the field and all stakeholders across the value chain, this role acts as the right hand of the Retail Media In‑Store Program Director, ensuring rigor, consistency, and overall program performance.


Your Mission


  • Structure and maintain the project master plan: roadmap, milestones, dependencies, resources, and priorities.

  • Ensure cross‑functional coordination and facilitation, so that each stakeholder has the right information at the right time to move forward efficiently.

  • Set up and lead program governance: prepare strategic committees, structure materials, and draft meeting minutes.

  • Produce clear and concise presentations for the Executive Committee or Steering Committee, translating key issues, decisions, and progress updates.

  • Provide regular and reliable reporting on project status, risks, and required decisions or trade‑offs.

  • Lead strategic and competitive intelligence efforts for the sector and structure a knowledge center gathering insights, best practices, and key deliverables from the program.


What we’re looking for


  • 5‑7 years of experience in strategic or transformation projects within the retail industry.

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex topics — agile mindset with a strong capacity to identify key issues and priorities.

  • Curious and proactive in leveraging AI tools to enhance performance and productivity, with a hands‑on and resourceful approach.

  • Demonstrates initiative, pragmatism, and a strong problem‑solving orientation.

  • Experience in consulting or within a highly structured environment is strongly valued.

  • Professional proficiency in English.


Act as a facilitator and catalyst within the program — anticipating, structuring, and simplifying.


Ensure fluidity, rigor, and overall program performance, working in direct support of the Program Director.


Bring a strong understanding of the entire value chain and the future in‑store retail media models.


Demonstrate excellent strategic formalization skills, with the ability to produce consulting‑grade presentations and deliverables — structured, visual, and concise.
