The ideal candidate will have initial marketing experience, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English and French. Role and responsibilities

Within our Product team and reporting to our VP Product, you will be in charge of leading our go-to-market. You will be at the heart of the product strategy, responsible to scale the business leveraging our successful product/market fit solutions to replicate sales.

A week in the shoes of our Product Marketing Manager:

  • Drive pipeline of "existing product" i.e. where market/product fit has been confirmed through 1-2 replicated transactions
  • Understand the market: competition, regional characteristics
  • Go-to-Market focus: establish action list and monitor execution
  • Gather intelligence on market/competition to position our value proposition and build battle cards
  • Train sales crew and support them when needed on customer engagements with USPs/differentiation
  • Outbound communication: speak on the product publicly, webinars, events
  • Support Marcom on collateral production (website, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Build proper collateral adapted to go-to-market actions
Qualifications

Who are we looking for: We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with initial experience, who is passionate about business strategy, new technologies and committed to the mission of public safety. You possess:

  • Initial experience in marketing or product management, ideally in public safety, AI or enterprise software.
  • Leadership to autonomously lead the product go-to-market and align with multiple stakeholders in the company (executive committee, R&D, ...)
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Enough technical understanding to build tangible use-cases and value proposition
  • Product positioning
  • Market and competition analysis
  • Fluency in English and French are required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
