Responsabilités

  • Define compelling marketing positioning and execute comprehensive launch plans for new games.
  • Manage store publishing and collaborate with marketing teams to drive successful campaigns.
  • Identify key moments for live game activations and conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the discount calendar across all platforms, setting discount rates.
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze data to extract key insights for the game development team.

Go-to-marketstrategy(New GameLaunches) :
  • Definecompellingmarketingpositioningandexecutecomprehensivelaunch plans for newgames,includingmarketanalysis,USPs,targetaudience insights,pre-order, launchday, andongoinglivemarketingstrategies.
  • Manage storepublishing,collaboratewithmarketing teams (Community, PR, UA,Influencers, ASO), andcultivatestrongrelationshipswithlicensorstoensurecohesivecampaignsandsynergisticopportunities.
Live Game Marketing & Roadmap :
  • Identifykey moments for livegameactivations,conceptualizeandpresent innovative marketingcampaigns,coordinatemarketing experts toexecutetheannualroadmap, andmaintainstronglicensorrelationshipsfor asset validation and collaboration.
Discount & PromotionStrategy:
  • Developand manage the discountcalendaracrossall platforms, set discountrates,leveragepromotionaltools,conductA/Btesting, and monitor sales performance torecommend optimizations.
MarketIntelligence & TrendAnalysis:
  • Monitorindustrytrends in gaming and marketing, andanalyzedata toextractkey insights for thegamedevelopmentteam.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 3–5+yearsof gaming/entertainmentindustryexperiencein aproductmarketingrole.
  • Provenabilitytodevelopandexecutesuccessfulgamelaunch and liveoperationsstrategies.
  • Stronganalyticalskillsand a data-drivenapproachto marketing.
  • Fluent Englishmandatory.
