Internship Opportunity in Compliance and Internal Control - Real Estate

Under the responsibility of the Head of Compliance and Internal Control - Real Estate, the intern will undertake the following missions:

• Conduct controls of the Annual Internal Control Plan (PACI) activities of the Portfolio Management Company (e.g., anti-money laundering, investment process, fund ratios monitoring, order passing, as well as controls related to European regulations, Sustainable Finance...) and issue recommendations to operational teams;
• Monitor and handle alerts from the business relationship screening tool;
• Assist the Real Estate department activities: review of KYC onboarding files; support in reviewing and validating regulatory documents;
• Assist in the implementation of projects carried out by the Compliance team;
• Regulatory watch: help in drafting regulatory monitoring reports, analysis of sanctions, and regulatory developments;
• Generally, the intern will support the Compliance and Internal Control - Real Estate team in their daily tasks (regulatory reporting, etc.).

Experience:

• Degree: Enrolled in Master 1 / Master 2 or gap year of training Bac+4/5 in Internal Audit, Finance, Asset Management, or Compliance (business school, engineering school, or university), with knowledge of internal control, and ideally some experience (internship) in these fields.
• Language skills: Good written and spoken English skills would be appreciated.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills, is essential;
• Personal skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team spirit, collaborative work aptitude, curiosity, rigor, methodical approach, and excellent writing skills are expected.
