The role involves defining PMT strategy, leading the integration of tools, and fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Ideal candidates should have a Master's in Engineering, 7+ years in aerospace or similar fields, and strong leadership skills. The position requires onsite presence at least 60% of the time, alongside travel for project milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process, methods, or tools management within aerospace or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of engineering lifecycle management and process optimization.
• Fluency in English, proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
