A leading aerospace company located in Strasbourg, France, is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time training role. Responsibilities include conducting assessments to identify training needs, developing training materials, and delivering internal training sessions. The ideal candidate will hold a B1/B2 EASA License and have a strong background in EASA environments. Fluency in French or German at C1 level is essential. This position requires a dedicated approach to maintaining compliance and enhancing staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, MRO, and ATO environments.
• Solid understanding of aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledgeable in EN 9100/9110 standards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs.
• Develop and maintain training materials and syllabi.
• Deliver internal training sessions on various topics.
• Collaborate with QA staff on training activities.
• Organize training sessions based on compliance requirements.
• Manage training records and certification documentation.
