Main objective(s) – Expected results

The network & sales coordinator is the main point of contact between the dealer's sales departments and the manufacturer. They optimize the dealer's sales performance.

Main activities/tasks related to the objectives
  1. Sales coordination: Sales support for the network
    1. Informs, trains and advises the network's (sales) staff: Acts as the primary point of contact in the event of sales issues or blockages. Plans, identifies needs and participates in and/or leads sales training.
    2. Provides technical and commercial support: Defines solutions based on customer needs by assisting the sales forces of the dealer. Develops sales pitches based on customer issues by visiting the customer with dealers sales force. Develops S’Design solutions in interface with the BYD product manager. Respond to regional tenders with the dealer.
    3. Communicates the terms and conditions for promoting, launching and distributing products within the network: Leads sales challenges. Provides dealers with pricing flexibility for difficult deals. Distributes and implements new tools (prices, sales pitches, etc.).
    4. Assists the network in prospecting, monitoring and following up on commercial activity: Works with customers alongside the dealer at their request if it is legitimate (demonstration, expertise, definition of a need, commissioning, etc.). Monitors the business portfolio. Participates in defining and monitoring dealers' annual targets and reports to management in the event of deviations.
    5. Consolidates Eternal Relationship (accessory supplier, Partner, organisations): Participates in trade shows and dealer events and acts as a brand representative. Maintains and develops relationships with our local partners, who are a source of information and sales support.
    6. Strengthens relations between head office and the Field: Assists the Key Accounts activity (fleet expertise, demonstrations, etc.). Identifies, develops and decides on relationships with regional accounts in consultation with management.
    7. Back office and sales management:
      1. Implements commercial policy in their field and geographical area: Monitors company Dashboard. Reporting. Measures and analyses discrepancies.
      2. Plans, organises and manages commercial activities: Submit sales promotion initiatives in their sector: mailing campaigns, open days, trade fairs and exhibitions, targeted prospecting campaigns, telephone campaigns, etc.
      3. Monitors the competition: Measures the performance of competitors in their sector. Benchmarks and reports on price differences and competitor actions in their sector.
      4. Monitors sales activity and reports information to head office: Monitors portfolios and forecasts. Ensures regular submission of reporting tables and KPIs.
