A leading international business in Paris is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee data centre construction projects. The role involves leading project bidding activities, drafting technical offers, and coordinating with clients' technical teams. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree in HVAC or a related field, along with 10 years of experience in HVAC systems. Strong teamwork and fluent technical English are essential. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.

Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centre Projects - Paris

Earthstream is currently partnered with an international business that delivers large-scale turnkey Data Centre projects, who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC) to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of the Technical Department, you will focus on the development of technical and financial studies for data centre construction projects, covering HVAC (CVC), Smoke extraction, and Plumbing.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating project bidding activities, proposing technical and economic variants, drafting the technical and methodological sections of commercial offers. You will also liaise with external partners and clients’ technical teams throughout the bidding and design phases.

Essential skills and experience:

• Engineering Degree - HVAC / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent)
• 10 years’ experience in ventilation/HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC standards, technical regulations, system design
• Ability to coordinate complex technical topics and multiple stakeholders
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and managerial skills
• Fluent technical English, enabling effective communication with partners and customers during bidding phases
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Quick Devis 7 is a plus
