🎯 Role: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager who will own EBIS Digital’s brand positioning and communications. You’ll develop go-to-market strategies, drive community growth, and oversee all marketing operations across digital platforms.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute EBIS Digital’s marketing strategy across paid and organic channels
  • Grow and nurture our community through social media, email campaigns, and content marketing
  • Manage our brand identity, messaging, and tone across all public touchpoints
  • Create SEO-optimized content (articles, landing pages, announcements, and social posts)
  • Oversee Trustpilot, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and web presence
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams on platform launches and announcements
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to continually improve campaigns
  • Coordinate PR, partnerships, and event marketing with founders and committee members
💡 Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand management
  • Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, or tech startup ecosystems (or willingness to learn)
  • Proven ability to create high-performing social and SEO content
  • Confident in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling and copywriting abilities
  • Experience managing online communities is a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills
