Dynata, the world’s largest first-party data platform for insights, activation and measurement, has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern to join our small, yet ambitious and dynamic marketing team for a period of 6 months minimum.

Fluent in English, the EMEA Marketing Intern will be based in our offices in Paris and work closely with both our International Marketing team in London and our Sales teams across the EMEA region to drive awareness, demand and revenue within a fast-paced organisation.

You will support the execution of a wide range of integrated regional marketing initiatives, as well as their ongoing monitoring and reporting. These initiatives include event management and marketing, demand and lead generation campaigns, PR, digital and social content, internal communications.

We are looking for someone positive, responsible and resourceful, who is keen to be involved in different aspects of the marketing and sales funnel, and gain valuable experience within the data & insights industry.

This internship can be full-time or part-time (4 days).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of the EMEA Marketing Intern is varied and includes a range of core responsibilities listed below. Depending on the intern’s specific skills and areas of interest, they will also have the opportunity to suggest additional projects focusing on promoting Dynata’s brand and growing our customer base.

Training will be provided on the different platforms (CRM, email management, webinars, etc.) used by the marketing team.

Event Management and Marketing
  • Support the EMEA Marketing Manager and local Sales teams in managing the logistics of Dynata’s participation in key industry events in countries including the UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy and Spain.
  • Support the EMEA Marketing Manager in liaising with third-party event providers as needed.
  • Upload contact lists from the different events in our CRM system and prepare short reports to assess return on investment on each event.
  • Set up and host webinars organised for Dynata’s clients and prospects across the EMEA region.
  • Support the French Sales team in the organisation of their own client events.
  • In close collaboration with the team in Paris, translation in French of a range of marketing & sales material in English developed by Dynata’s global team.
Content and Campaign Support
  • Support in writing and sending email communications to Dynata’s contacts.
  • Monitor the activities of Dynata’s key competitors (social media, digital media and events).
Admin and Team Support
  • Maintain Dynata’s internal Marketing Hub, ensuring all material is up-to-date.
  • Create emailers and source imagery.
  • Track and record Dynata’s PR coverage across the EMEA region.
  • Manage and upload contact lists.
  • Proof-read marketing and sales materials.
IDEAL CANDIDATE

Beyond your diplomas and previous work experience, we are looking for someone positive, organised, with a can-do attitude, who is comfortable to communicate with people from across the world.

  • Keen interest in marketing and communications.
  • Fluent in English and French, with solid writing skills in English.
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities and manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable and follow up on actions.
  • Enjoy being part of a fun, team-oriented environment but also able to work autonomously, without continuous supervision.
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of learning new systems quickly.
