A digital marketing agency is seeking a French-speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent based in Lille, France. This full-time role involves supporting advertisers on a digital advertising platform, focusing on paid campaign support and enhancing advertiser experiences. Candidates must be fluent in French and English, with experience in paid campaign management and strong customer service skills to deliver outstanding support. The position offers a rotational schedule with a competitive monthly salary of 1200 Euros gross.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both French and English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals.

  • Support advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on campaign performance and platform tools.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to marketing clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for anFrench-speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent to support advertisers on a digital advertising platform. This role focuses on paid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience, requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting

  • Provide guidance on campaign performance and platform tools

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to marketing clients

  • Assist clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems

Schedule
  • Initial schedule (12-hour window):

    • Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00

    • Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:00

    • 2 rotational days off

Requirements
  • FluentFrench and English

  • Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
