Job Description

You join the 14-person Agency & Solutions - Acquisition Strategic Finance team as a middle office finance manager. In this team, we work on the implementation and follow-up of complex LBO financing transactions originated by the ASF front office of the large client bank for the benefit of major French and international companies.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage a portfolio of complex LBO structured operations;
  • Manage and supervise cross-functional projects and internal team projects;
  • Provide technical expertise to the front office during pre-closing and closing phases of operations;
  • Monitor transactions (add-ons, reprings, A&E, draws, waivers, endorsements, refunds, accessions etc.).

This position is based in Paris with the ability to work remotely.

  • You master English with a C1 level.
