A leading gaming company is seeking a Manager of Creator Strategy to guide a team and oversee creator initiatives for Rainbow Six Siege. This role involves strategic leadership, driving engagement with creators, and overseeing campaign delivery to meet KPIs. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of gaming communities, and excellent communication skills. We’re looking for a Manager, Creator Strategy to oversee all creator initiatives for Rainbow Six Siege, a continuously evolving live-service game. You will guide a team of three Creator Strategy Managers and ensure our creator programs, both seasonal and always-on, drive engagement, reflect the diversity of our players, and strengthen Siege’s presence within its creator ecosystem.

📍 Our office is located in Saint Mandé, (Metro line 1, Saint Mandé station). Gym available in the building. According to Ubisoft's hybrid work model, our flexible work policy includes a minimum of 3 days a week in our Saint-Mandé office and the remaining 2 days working from home.
