  • Lead and oversee daily team activities, tracking progress against operational goals
  • Plan and follow up on weekly priorities, action items, and resource allocation
  • Design, deliver, andmaintainonboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene protocols and quality control procedures
  • Supervise technical aspects, such as equipment maintenance and calibration; approve release of compliant batches
  • Identifyand escalation recurring issues to drive process improvements
  • Serve as operational backup whenrequired, performing operator-level tasks as needed
Your profile
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a coordination or supervisory role within a medical or industrial setting
  • Degree equivalent to Bac +2 or higher inlogistics, quality, production, or healthcare
  • Proficiencyin technical Englishand Frenchisa must
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid knowledge of quality control workflows and medical regulatory standards
  • Comfortable managing multiple data streams and operational inputs simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and uniting teams
  • Clear, diplomatic, and effective communicator
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented mindset; skilled in training and coaching team members
