A leading quantum computing startup in France is seeking an IT support technician to manage level 1 and 2 support across multiple sites. The role entails handling IT ticketing, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining IT assets. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in IT support, be fluent in French and English, and be proficient with Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. We are looking for an IT support technician for level 1 and 2 IT support on the Balard site and the Aubervilliers site to ensure a high level and reactive support to our employees in a fast‑growing environment.
You will be part of our IT team of 4 under the responsibility of the IT Manager. You will help Alice & Bob employees work with our IT systems, making sure they get a great user experience.
You will be the owner of the employee's IT experience and will always care about lending Alice & Bob’s employees a hand when they encounter IT issues.
