A multinational food company is offering a 3-Year Structured Graduate Program aimed at developing talents in Operations across Europe. The program includes two structured assignments in Germany, first as a Project Engineer and then as a Shift Maintenance Leader, providing a comprehensive introduction to the food manufacturing industry. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, be fluent in English, and show a strong interest in the food industry. Experience in project management is a plus.

You will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field connected to food manufacturing. A Master’s degree (MSc) will be considered a strong asset, with an excellent academic record.
As a great communicator, fluency in English and a willingness to learn the local language will be essential to cover this position, combined with your proficiency in MS Office tools.
