Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as Contract Manager.
• Knowledge of renewable energies and energy sector is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of corporate taxation's impact on contracts.

Responsabilités

• Draft contracts and amendments.
• Identify and optimize the contract's commercial leverage.
• Prepare the contract summary for management.
• Analyse and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Manage changes, variations, and claims in contracts.
