In this role, you will engage in various aspects of direct lending investing, including drafting investment recommendations and conducting financial analyses. Ideal candidates are high-performing students from leading universities with experience in finance or related fields, fluent in English and French. What it's about

As part of this internship, you will support the European Private Credit Direct team in Paris with responsibilities across various aspects of direct lending investing, including due diligence and execution:

  • Drafting internal investment recommendation documents
  • Financial analysis including LBO modelling and scenario testing
  • Supporting investment due diligence (e.g., review of diligence reports, interviewing industry experts)
  • Supporting investment committee process (e.g., minutes)
  • Developing an understanding of leveraged loan markets
What we expect
  • Previous experience in Private Credit, Private Equity, M&A, Leveraged Finance or Transaction Services
  • A high energy level coupled with a passion to learn and succeed, along with an impeccable work ethic and a professional demeanor
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Top performing students at a leading university, ideally focused on Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Fluency in English and French (oral and written)
